I Can Bend Spoon, Too

I get so excited when I know we are going to learn about spoon bending in coach training. This is something that I have been looking forward to for the past weeks where I can really put my mind power and skills into test

I shared with a few friends few nights ago what I have been looking forward to learning but from their feedback, I know they think that I’m some kind of nuts and perhaps I’ve been too obsessed into this NLP thingy. They would look at you in doubt, laughed and turned away. I was a bit turned off but deep inside me, I still believe that spoon can be bent because I’ve seen many through my own intensive research from Googling. Just that I would need to show them the results and that has always been my way of showing and convincing people what one can achieve, that is, by RESULTS. It is always useless to convince people into believing you without any results, right? So, why bother…..

Spoon bending is an art to master and I don’t mind acquiring this skill where you can put your mind power into “better used”. :)

Ok, take a look at my bent spoon before I talk about my experience last night…

Great job, guys. It’s indeed another memorable moment for me, being able to spend time with you all to grow and improve together and at the same time, have lots of fun. All of you have demonstrated great attitude during the 4 days and I’m really proud of each and everyone of you.

Always remember that the end of the 4 days only marks another beginning of your hero journey and along the way, there would be obstacles and challenges. Remember to focus on your outcome and you Read more »

First Experience As A Coach

Just completed Module 1 of POE - Empowerment as a coach few days ago and the experience was simply awesome.

My group was comprised of members who had diverse experiences and ages and I was glad to see that all of us were working well together as a team. We had a great time sharing our learnings and experiences together and I was especially proud of the unity the group had shown throughout the 5 days during the exercises.

It was indeed an experience for me to begin my mission as a coach to empower and inspire others that they have the capability to achieve whatever they want in life as long as they adopt the right mindset and attitude. And also by applying the Ultimate Success Formula correctly, they can be more effective and efficient to achieve their goal or dreams in their life and becoming whoever they want to be. Always remember this:-

I have the power to choose. What I choose in life is what I get. I move in the direction of my thoughts. What I think is what I get. I become what I think about. The me I see, the me I will be.

Although I only had approximately 3 hours sleep a day during the Mod 1 but I think Read more »

NLP Is Ruining My Sleep

POE is approaching and we had our last coaching training for Module 1 last night. It was fun…

I learnt lots of new stuffs during the 4 days training and although i was sacrificing my sleep and trading hours, I think it is well worth the time as it marks another new chapter of my personal development journey.

We did Design Human Engineering (DHE) last night and DHE simply means anchoring a resourceful state to the person by creating sound and picture which would get the person into firing off that particular state in a split second.

Sounds amazing and unbelievable, isn’t it?

The 3 resourceful state I chose to have during the DHE process are motivation, confidence and happiness and you know what, I felt so motivated and energised since last night until now that I can hardly sleep. It’s a good learning experience and warm up for the Mod 1 as all the coaches should expect lesser time to sleep than last night where I reached home at about 4am, including supper time.

Ahh… Have started to expecting Mod 1 of POE which begins on the day before Good Friday.
