At last, finished off Mod 2 on early Monday morning and slept for 7 hours before I started another 10 hours course which ended at 2am this morning.
Phew, it has been a tiring, yet fulfilling week for me where i get to interact with a lot of like minded people and at the same time, inspired and get inspired by them. I always bring home different experience whenever i get to coach, but this time round is a bit different where i get the chance to work with more participants by not taking up any small group. It gives me an experience to test out new thing and I felt that it was challenging and of course, I realize there are so much rooms for me to improve and I get excited whenever I know which level of skills I can go up to and I will work towards getting it.
Mod 2 has been a great success under the leadership Read more »

I get so excited when I know we are going to learn about spoon bending in coach training. This is something that I have been looking forward to for the past weeks where I can really put my mind power and skills into test
I shared with a few friends few nights ago what I have been looking forward to learning but from their feedback, I know they think that I’m some kind of nuts and perhaps I’ve been too obsessed into this NLP thingy. They would look at you in doubt, laughed and turned away. I was a bit turned off but deep inside me, I still believe that spoon can be bent because I’ve seen many through my own intensive research from Googling. Just that I would need to show them the results and that has always been my way of showing and convincing people what one can achieve, that is, by RESULTS. It is always useless to convince people into believing you without any results, right? So, why bother…..
Spoon bending is an art to master and I don’t mind acquiring this skill where you can put your mind power into “better used”.
Ok, take a look at my bent spoon before I talk about my experience last night…
When I first started bending, having Read more »

This video inspired and touched my heart when it was played at the GG last Saturday. For those of you who didn’t have the chance to watch it, here’s the replay. After watching it, just close your eyes and take a moment to reflect on how lucky we are and how stupid we were to complain on those small little things where they are so many people suffering at the other side of the world.
If you think that you have given enough to your love one, just think about what else can you do more after watching this video. Are you still a hero as compared to him?

Ha.. lame title, isn’t it? Just woke up from a power nap and feel like writing something but the brain is just not working. So I ask for my friend’s opinion and that’s the topic my friend suggested to me. Lame lame…
Clearing my hard disk now so that I could migrate all the useful information to my brand new laptop, compliment from OIH, and found a very interesting story from a friend sitting deep inside a folder and thinking of sharing with you guys here.
Here goes the story………
The Empty Field
A factory worker grew tired of accepting long hours, little pay, and a tyrant for a boss, so he left the city for the country. He wanted to harvest his own crop and reap the wealth of the earth. He took his entire savings and bought a piece of land from a farmer.
“It’s good land,” the farmer said. “Lots of potential. It’ll yield you a decent crop.”
Excited at the idea of one day harvesting a great bounty, the factory worker thanked Read more »

I was tagged by Jacklyn a couple of weeks ago to take part in this wonderful game started by Hilda Carroll that is still going around on the net today like a bush fire.
Haha, I thought it would cool off so that I don’t need to write a post on this but unfortunately, it didn’t and due to tremendous pressure from some of my blog readers and Jacklyn to update my blog, here I am now to write something. :0)
Well, it’s a stretch for me to come out with a song that inspires me the most as I’m not a great music fans. I don’t listen to music or song that often nowadays as I mostly spend my precious time reading books and meeting up with friends that I always do not have the time to hang around with.
If I really would need to come out with a song, the one and only song that inspires me the most, I would choose Lee Ann Womack’s “I Hope You Dance”. It is the opening song for Module 2 of Patterns Of Excellence just in case some of YOU couldn’t recall.
Out of so many songs and why would I choose Read more »
