Song That Makes My Heart Sing

I was tagged by Jacklyn a couple of weeks ago to take part in this wonderful game started by Hilda Carroll that is still going around on the net today like a bush fire.

Haha, I thought it would cool off so that I don’t need to write a post on this but unfortunately, it didn’t and due to tremendous pressure from some of my blog readers and Jacklyn to update my blog, here I am now to write something. :0)

Well, it’s a stretch for me to come out with a song that inspires me the most as I’m not a great music fans. I don’t listen to music or song that often nowadays as I mostly spend my precious time reading books and meeting up with friends that I always do not have the time to hang around with.

If I really would need to come out with a song, the one and only song that inspires me the most, I would choose Lee Ann Womack’s “I Hope You Dance”. It is the opening song for Module 2 of Patterns Of Excellence just in case some of YOU couldn’t recall.

Out of so many songs and why would I choose this song, perhaps you would ask. Well, nothing special just that if you pay special attention to the lyrics, you would understand that meaningful life boils down to whether you give yourself a fair chance to fight on. We have so many choices in life and chances and opportunities are out there everywhere and the only thing that we need to do is just to take action and grab it. It’s yours if you take the initiative to do something and if you get the choice, would you sit it out or dance? And I hope you dance……

Enjoy the song here

The song is inspiring, isn’t it? I hope it did touch your heart like how it touched mine. It’s just a matter of choice on where or who you want to be but the question is, did you do anything about your dream and if you did, ask yourself whether you have done enough or what else could you do more? Or did you just let it die off? If you couldn’t find the answer in you, listen to the song a few more times and perhaps you could find your answer in there.

With that, I would like to tag another 5 of my friends to take part in this inspiring game to share their songs with us here.

Cool song you chose here. It’s one of my PoE favourite songs (cause I WAS a dancer mah :D ). Agree with you that the lyrics is really meaningful.

Ok. Got my most inspiring song already. It should be the one that made me cry during PoE 1 - so embarrassed ;) . I think I’ll write about it then.
